Terms of Service

These terms apply to every visit and order on RetroFanwear (retrofanwear.com), operated by RetroFanwear. By using the store or placing an order you accept them.

1. Using the store

You must be of legal age in your country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Do not use the store for anything unlawful or to harm it or other users.

2. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Each item is made to order after payment. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example after a pricing error or suspected fraud; you are then refunded in full.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store. Shipping costs and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled by secure payment providers.

4. Personalisation & your content

We print personalisation exactly as entered. You confirm you have the right to use any names, numbers or text you provide. We may refuse content that is offensive, unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

5. Production & shipping

Production takes 3–7 business days and shipping 16–20 business days. These are estimates; see Shipping and Delivery.

6. Cancellations, refunds & replacements

See Cancellation & Modification and Refund & Replacement. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Product images

Product images are representations. Small differences in colour, size or print placement can occur.

8. Intellectual property

The designs, texts and images in this store belong to us or our partners. You may not copy or resell them without written permission. Think something here infringes your rights? Email us via our contact form and we will look into it promptly.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
