Cancellation & Modification

Every item is made just for you, so we start production quickly. Here is what you can still change, and until when.

Within 12 hours of ordering

• You can cancel your order for a full refund.
• You can change the size, colour, product type, personalisation or shipping address.
• Send your request through our contact form with your order number and exactly what to change.

After 12 hours

Your order is locked for production and can no longer be cancelled or changed. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, our Refund & Replacement policy still protects you.

Good to know

• Personalised items are printed exactly as entered — please check names, numbers and spelling before you pay.
• In busy seasons (holidays, big sales) changes can take longer to confirm. Write to us as early as possible.
• Address changes after the parcel has shipped are up to the carrier and may not be possible.
• By placing an order you agree to this policy.
