Track Order

Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. You will find both in your order confirmation email.

What the status means

• Processing: we are making your order (3–7 business days).
• Shipped / Completed: your parcel is with the carrier. We emailed you the tracking link.

Tracking not moving?

• The first scan can take 5–7 days after the label is made. No information before that is normal.
• Orders with several items may ship in separate parcels with their own tracking numbers.
• Past the estimated delivery date? Contact us with your order number and we will check with the carrier.
